In business since 1991 serving the Real Estate Community with pre-purchase home inspections. I have another consulting business that serves Home Builders to get better homes built that are more energy efficient, healthy and last longer. I have remodeled and built homes and been involved with the construction trades my whole life. I have phased out of pre-purchase home inspections and now want to work more with a hands-on creative job.
